This year has been a year of new-born celebrity babies in Hollywood. In fact, with the number of celebrity knock-ups, I’m starting to think this ‘thing’ seems to have become a trend. Miley Cyrus, better known as Disney’s Hannah Montana, has become the latest young star to face the unforgiving glare of Hollywood’s bright lights. Those are the very same lights that drove Britney Spears temporarily insane, sending her to a psychiatric facility in California, and landing Lindsay Lohan in rehab.

If there are two words of encouragement that could be imparted to Miley, they’d be: “Hang-Tough” in the face of adversity. My general advice, however, would be: to be yourself and to continue to transition from a girl to a woman in the years ahead on your own terms.

To be sure, being a celebrity certainly has its advantages. The multi-talented actress and singer, who is only 15, has a net worth approaching a billion dollars. Her Disney persona, Hannah Montana, could not be more popular as she is beloved by children across the globe. This has made her the wealthiest child star in the world.
